To ensure that Chancery SMS transfers historical information to the students' historical pages accurately during Year-End Processing [>>], the School Administrator at a secondary school must ensure that the school's class ranks are up to date in the Active Calendar. The calculation is based on students' cumulative GPAs for the year. If the district has set up GPA/class rank reporting terms, the administrator can calculate class ranks for each term (for further information, refer to the Setting up GPA/Class Rank Reporting Terms Technical Bulletin).
